Contract

1. Both client and I agree to follow the terms of this contract.
2. Client properly fills out the order form.
3. Within 24-48 hours I will respond with a reasonable price quota.
4. Client agrees upon the price given, with possible haggling involved.
5. I will send an invoice to the client, which will constitute 50% of the total fee.
6. The invoice will be paid by the client.
7. I will start working on the project and will send screenshots to the client.
8. Client reviews screenshots and, if necessary, proposes changes.
9. I complete the assignment.
10. Client accepts the final design.
11. I email the final invoice to the client, which will constitute the remaining 50% of the total fee.
12. Client pays the bill.
13. I send a full zip folder of the design to the client.
14. Transaction completed.
